A trade account provides the following benefits to designers and interior decorators:
- 20% trade discount with a current state Resale Certificate except on original art.
- In stock items are available for purchase off the showroom floor.
- Items are available to take on loan with approval and credit card authorization.
Please note our return and special order policy. There are no cancellations, refunds or returns on special or custom orders once a Mecox authorization is signed. Lead times on special and custom orders are subject to change. A receipt must accompany all returns and items must be returned to a store location within 7 days for a full refund and within 30 days for a store credit. All books are final sales.
